Although most Reference services, such as consultation and instruction are provided at no charge, Reference staff perform mediated online database searches for library patrons. Search fees are based on time or vendor charges (usually cost plus 50%.) Monthly current awareness searches can be arranged. Search fees are primarily based on time: Minimum fee plus $20 per hour after 30 minutes.
Fees vary according to database and vendor. When vendor charges are incurred, we bill cost plus 50%.
